These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.apexfinconsultants.com and the professional services provided by Apex FinHub FZ LLC ("Apex FinConsultants", "we", "our", "us"), a company registered in the Creative City Fujairah Media Free Zone, UAE.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Professional Services

Apex FinConsultants provides tax advisory, VAT compliance, corporate tax registration, accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and related financial services to businesses in the UAE. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement will be set out in a separate engagement letter or service agreement signed between the parties.

Our services are provided to businesses and are not intended for individual consumers. All advice is general in nature unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend obtaining a formal engagement before acting on any information provided.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Tax laws and regulations change frequently; while we strive to keep content current, we make no warranties as to accuracy, completeness, or applicability to your specific situation.

Apex FinConsultants shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on website content without a formal engagement. Our liability under any formal engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents required for service delivery
• Inform us promptly of any material changes to their business, ownership, or tax status
• Pay agreed fees within the timeframes specified in the engagement letter
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including tax evasion or money laundering
• Maintain copies of all documents and filings submitted on their behalf

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are agreed in advance and set out in the engagement letter. Unless otherwise stated, fees are quoted exclusive of VAT. VAT at the applicable rate (currently 5%) will be added to all invoices. Payment is due within the period specified in the invoice. Late payments may attract interest at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to any third party except as required to deliver the agreed services, as required by law or regulation (including FTA requests), or with your prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

6. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

As a UAE financial services provider, we are required to comply with UAE AML/CFT regulations (Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018). We conduct client due diligence (CDD) before and during engagements. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if CDD requirements cannot be satisfied or if we have grounds to suspect financial crime.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and tools — is the property of Apex FinHub FZ LLC and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission. Reports, analyses, and documents we prepare for you are your property once full payment is received.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the engagement letter. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed become immediately due. We will provide you with all documents, files, and records belonging to you within a reasonable time after settlement of outstanding fees.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fujairah, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in the engagement letter.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
